NEW KEARNY MANUFACTURING FACILITY
OCTOBER 1, 2005 - NEW KEARNY, NJ FACILITY- Mid-Atlantic Vegetable Shortening Co. proudly announces the opening of our new manufacturing facility in Kearny, New Jersey.
Built on a 7 acre site, the new facility is engineered to service our valued customers of all sizes, from smaller customers purchasing only a few pallets at a time, to the larger customers who require several trucks per day of shortenings and oils on a regional and national basis.
The new oil and shortening plant now completes MAVS planned move from its original Newark, NJ facility to its new expanded home in Kearny, NJ. This new site is currently home to MAVS’s main administrative offices, as well as its QC facility, margarine manufacturing facility, garlic manufacturing facility and spice packing facility
